Hello Preemie parents, friends and family.
This is Barbara (moderator) and Sahanna’s mother. I just wanted to give you all a quick update of what Sahanna is up to. Currently Sahanna is enrolled in public school at 3 years of age in a special program that prepares little ones for kindergarten. I like the program even though there are some challenges they are all expected and the teacher is great! She still has speech appointments or “checkup’s” when I can fit them in. Sahanna love’s to draw, watch Dora, play in the water or dirt, she can even read a little. She speaks very softly and eats very fast = says her godmama’s lol. Well she’s learning a lot these days. please continue praying for her, health wise her only issues are her leg which one is shorter than the other. So we shall see how she grows since the difference is significant and is under Shriner’s care. Thank you all God Bless!
